Our commitment to capping the total size of our assets under management ensures that we will remain nimble enough to effectively execute on investment ideas.
A singular focus and a passion for listed property has led us to develop our philosophy which is the foundation of our investment process.
Our knowledge and experience in property markets allows us to take a more holistic approach to property investment. We believe in long-term value investment; however our specialist focus allows us to take advantage of short-term growth opportunities.
