SESFIKILE BCI PROPERTY FUND 
The Sesfikile BCI Property Fund is a collective investment scheme (“CIS”) which invests in JSE listed property companies/ REITs with the objective of delivering both a high income yield as well as capital growth over the medium to long term. The Fund aims to deliver total returns that outperform the FTSE/JSE All property Index (J803) over a 3 to 5 year investment horizon.

The Sesfikile BCI Global Property Fund is a collective investment scheme (“CIS”) that provides investors with access to “hard currency” returns by investing in high quality listed property companies/REITs in developed markets. The fund aims to outperform the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Rental Index over a 3 to 5 year investment horizon.

- The Fund offers investors the ability to access the most sought-after real estate in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, via a single cost effective solution.
- The Fund invests in large, highly liquid REITs which have exposure to blue-chip properties in prime locations, highly skilled management teams and well-structured balance sheets.
- Investors are able to access US Dollar returns by investing Rands, while enjoying the usual benefits of a CIS, including daily pricing and 48 hour liquidity.
